Mave Hiseman is the latest recruit to Gosport and Fareham's band of "Shining Stars" Branch president Graham Hewitt said that Mave had been made a "Shining Star" For her outstanding work for Multiple Sclerosis. She is an outstanding fund raiser, a brilliant organiser, a superb administrator - an all-round outstanding member of the Branch. Making the presentation the National Chief Executive Simon Gillespie praised Mave for her dedication and enthusiasm. Peter Tobin celebrates his 50th birthday with friends from the Gosport and Fareham Branch.

Former Gosport Mayor Councillor June Cully presents a cheque for £8,350 to Gosport and Fareham branch Chairman Wendy Cunningham. June, a great friend of the Branch, chose the Multiple Sclerosis to benefit from money raised in her Charity Appeal during her Mayoral year.

This year's Summer Tea Party had an added attraction - Pony and Trap ridesround the village. This attraction was organise by Mave and proved very popular and raised nearly £100 for Branch Funds. Pictured here are Keith and Vicky, Peter and Linda togther with Mave.

A trip on the River Hamble on a boat specialially adapted to takewheelchairs comfortably. Mave chose a bright sunny Sunday to organise twotrips up the Hamble with a delicious picnic provided by Juliette.
